Yes. The generator is free to use and does not require an account or subscription.
Does the generated menu QR code expire?
The QR code has no built-in expiration timer. If it links to a menu image hosted in cloud storage, it will work only while that image URL remains available. Keep the hosted file and URL active for continued access.
Can I edit text or prices on my menu here?
This tool converts existing menu images (JPG, PNG, WEBP) into QR codes. It is not an online menu editor. To update your menu, upload an updated menu image and generate a new QR code.
What menu image formats and file sizes are supported?
The original menu image can be JPG, PNG, or WEBP and must be 10 MB or smaller. Your browser resizes and re-encodes it as WEBP; the optimized WEBP file must be 4 MB or smaller to upload to Cloudflare R2 and create a shareable QR code.
Can I add my restaurant logo to the QR code?
Yes. You can upload a store logo, which is processed in your browser and rendered in the center of the QR code.
